About this asset

This contemporary living room interior scene for 3ds Max features a grey fabric sofa, marble coffee table, and open-plan staircase. This high-detail interior scene captures a refined contemporary living space designed with a sophisticated, neutral palette. The composition is anchored by a large, modular grey fabric sofa, paired with a circular coffee table featuring a white marble top and gold-rimmed base. Adjacent, a glass-enclosed staircase creates an architectural focal point, separating the living area from the kitchen. Additional elements include a houndstooth-patterned ottoman, abstract wall art, and integrated ceiling lighting. The textures are carefully balanced, blending soft textiles with hard stone and reflective glass surfaces to create a professional, polished aesthetic.

The download is a 210 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene. Open it in 3ds Max; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

It pairs well with minimalist or luxury-focused design schemes where a clean, uncluttered visual narrative is required.
