Contemporary Grey and Wood Open-Plan Apartment Interior Scene

This contemporary 3ds Max apartment interior scene features a sophisticated open-plan layout with glass block partitions and refined material finishes. This professional interior scene presents a cohesive living and kitchen space defined by a dark-stained wood and marble-topped kitchen island. The design utilizes architectural glass block walls to create subtle, translucent separation between zones while maintaining an open feel. Dark timber flooring provides a warm foundation, contrasted by matte black metal accents found in the pendant lighting and minimalist bar stools. A large, circular wall-mounted clock anchors the living area, which includes a low-profile sofa and a glass-topped coffee table, all bathed in soft, natural light filtering through sheer curtains.

The download is a 374 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene, set up with V-Ray materials. Open it in 3ds Max with V-Ray installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Designed for rapid architectural visualisation, this scene comes fully populated with geometry, materials, and lighting setups ready for immediate rendering in 3ds Max.
