Contemporary Grey and Blue Open-Plan Living Room Scene

This contemporary open-plan living room SketchUp scene features a curated layout with grey upholstery, blue velvet dining chairs, and herringbone timber flooring. This comprehensive interior scene captures a high-end open-plan layout, seamlessly blending a living area with an adjacent dining zone. The space is anchored by a large grey sectional sofa and a sleek, low-profile media unit with integrated lighting. The dining area features a set of elegant blue velvet chairs arranged around a metallic-accented table, illuminated by a series of pendant lights. Rich herringbone timber flooring runs throughout, providing warmth against the crisp white walls and minimalist cabinetry. A sliding barn-style door adds a rustic textural contrast to the otherwise polished, modern aesthetic.

The download is a 396 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Professionals can utilise this SketchUp model as a foundational base for residential interior visualisation projects. The file structure is organised to allow for easy manipulation of individual furniture assets, lighting components, and textures. Users should check the layer or tag settings upon import to manage geometry visibility efficiently. The materials are pre-applied, making it straightforward to swap textures or adjust lighting parameters using external render plugins to achieve the desired atmospheric quality for client presentations or final high-fidelity renders.
