Contemporary Dark Grey Fabric Sectional Living Room Scene

This contemporary living room scene for SketchUp features a dark grey sectional sofa set against a sophisticated wood-panelled wall. Defined by a refined, monochromatic palette, this interior scene centres on a low-profile, channel-tufted dark grey sectional sofa. The backdrop is a dramatic feature wall composed of vertical dark timber panelling contrasted by a polished white marble slab. A pair of nested circular coffee tables with dark metal frames sits atop a textured area rug. The composition is completed with an oversized minimalist wall clock, a floor-standing arched lamp, and a large monochromatic artwork. The space is illuminated by recessed ceiling lighting, creating a layered, professional atmosphere suitable for high-end residential interiors.

The download is a 45.1 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

To integrate this SketchUp scene into your project, open the native file and check the layer structure to identify furniture groupings. The models are organised for easy manipulation, allowing you to scale the sofa or swap the coffee table arrangement to fit your floor plan. Ensure your render settings utilise the embedded lighting components, or replace them with your preferred light sources. For optimal results, apply high-resolution textures to the timber and marble surfaces to enhance the realism of the final output.

This asset is ideal for residential design projects, particularly for showcasing luxury apartment living rooms or upscale hospitality lounge areas. It pairs well with minimalist decor and provides a ready-made solution for quick architectural visualisation during the concept and design development stages. Professionals searching for a cohesive, dark-toned interior aesthetic will find this scene useful for presentations. It is perfectly suited for interior designers and visualisers looking to populate a space with a balanced, sophisticated furniture arrangement without needing to model every element.
