Contemporary Brown Leather Sectional Sofa Scene

This contemporary living room scene is a SketchUp model featuring a large tan leather sectional sofa against a dark marble wall. The scene centres on a modular, low-profile sectional sofa upholstered in cognac-toned leather, arranged in an L-shape to define the seating area. It is paired with a low, rectangular coffee table finished in dark veined marble. The background wall provides a sophisticated contrast, combining smooth light-grey panelling with a dramatic, full-height dark marble slab feature. A minimalist geometric wall sculpture adds a focal point, while track lighting and recessed ceiling spots create layered illumination. The floor is covered by a large, textured grey rug, anchoring the furniture grouping within the open-plan space.

The download is a 327 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Users can import this SketchUp model directly into their projects to establish a high-end living room layout. The file contains fully mapped materials and textures, allowing for quick adjustments to suit specific lighting conditions or render engine settings. Designers should manage the scene complexity by utilising layers to toggle visibility of decorative elements, ensuring optimal performance during viewport navigation. The model is scaled for standard residential floor-to-ceiling heights, making it easy to snap into existing architectural envelopes without extensive geometry modification.
