Contemporary Beige Marble Open-Plan Living Room Scene

This contemporary open-plan living room SketchUp scene features a sophisticated beige palette, marble surfaces, and a central indoor courtyard. Defined by a neutral, high-end aesthetic, this interior scene centres on a spacious living area flowing into an indoor courtyard space. The design incorporates a large, modular fabric sofa, a sculptural marble coffee table, and a linear fireplace integrated into a marble plinth. A floating staircase with glass balustrades provides a striking architectural transition, while the ceiling features a mirrored recessed section that amplifies the sense of volume. Recessed lighting, sleek shelving, and large-format floor tiling complete the refined, minimalist composition, establishing a cohesive, luxury atmosphere suitable for high-end residential visualisation projects.

The download is a 557 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Professionals can utilise this SketchUp model as a foundational base for interior design presentations. The file is structured to allow for easy camera placement and lighting adjustments. Users should check the layer organisation to manage visibility of complex geometry like the staircase or indoor vegetation. Given the heavy reliance on material textures, applying high-resolution mapping and adjusting global illumination settings will ensure the scene renders effectively within popular third-party plugins that interface with the native software environment.
