Classic Black Leather Tufted Bench with Lower Shelf

This classic black leather tufted bench for 3ds Max features deep button detailing and a dark wood lower shelf for added storage. This classic rectangular bench is defined by its deep button-tufted black leather upholstery, which provides a rich, tactile surface. The piece is framed by dark-stained wooden legs that extend downwards, supporting a functional lower shelf finished in a matching dark timber. Subtle nailhead trim accents the perimeter of the upholstered seat, reinforcing its traditional aesthetic. The inclusion of a draped, textured fabric throw adds a layer of casual realism to the composition. Its balanced proportions and robust construction make it a versatile piece for high-end interior environments requiring a touch of refined, heritage-inspired elegance.

The download is a 9.3 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

To integrate this 3ds Max asset into your scene, use the merge command to import the bench into your project file. The geometry is organised into logical layers, allowing for easy selection and adjustment of the leather and wood components. Apply standard material assignments to the leather surface to control reflectivity and bump maps for the tufting depth. Ensure the pivot point is set to the base for precise placement on finished floor levels, then adjust lighting to highlight the leather's natural sheen.

This bench is an ideal addition to luxury residential bedrooms, placed at the foot of a bed, or in formal entryways and hallways. Its combination of seating and storage makes it practical for high-end dressing rooms or walk-in closets. It pairs effectively with traditional or transitional interior schemes, complementing dark wood furniture and leather-upholstered armchairs. Professionals searching for a button-tufted ottoman, bedroom bench, or an elegant hallway seating solution will find this model a reliable choice for high-quality architectural visualisations.
