About this asset

This contemporary living room scene for 3ds Max features a modular beige fabric sectional sofa set against a textured feature wall. Centred around a large, light grey modular sectional, this living room scene balances soft textures with structured architectural elements. The composition includes a low-profile round timber coffee table, a secondary lounge chair with brown accents, and a custom shelving unit integrated into a slatted wood wall. Lighting is layered, featuring a sculptural arched floor lamp, minimalist pendant clusters, and integrated wall-mounted geometric accents. The palette relies on neutral earth tones, combining light fabrics with dark timber veneers and subtle metallic bronze accents to create a high-end, cohesive residential aesthetic.

The download is a 581 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene, set up with V-Ray materials. Open it in 3ds Max with V-Ray installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Professionals can utilise this 3ds Max scene by merging the entire setup into an existing project file. The geometry is organised by object type, allowing for easy selection, scaling, or substitution of individual furniture pieces. Materials are pre-configured for standard render engines, supporting rapid lighting adjustments and camera placement. Users should verify texture paths upon loading to ensure all maps correctly link to the scene assets before initiating final production renders or viewport previews.

Ideal for residential interior design presentations, high-end apartment marketing, or hospitality lobby concepts, this scene provides a complete, styled environment. It integrates well into projects requiring a sophisticated, neutral aesthetic, pairing seamlessly with modern architectural finishes like marble flooring or large-format glazing.
