Contemporary Beige Boucle Open-Plan Living Room and Kitchen Scene

This contemporary open-plan living room and kitchen SketchUp scene features a curved boucle sofa and a terrazzo island. The scene presents a cohesive open-plan layout defined by a soft, warm beige colour palette. Central to the living area is a curved sofa upholstered in textured boucle fabric, paired with a geometric hourglass-shaped coffee table and a matching cylindrical side table in speckled terrazzo. The kitchen zone features a monolithic terrazzo island and minimalist cabinetry, anchored by dark, linear lighting fixtures. The flooring consists of dark timber planks arranged in a herringbone pattern, providing a sharp contrast to the light furniture. The walls incorporate recessed, tan-coloured panels that frame abstract artwork, creating a balanced, gallery-like aesthetic.

The download is a 225 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Users can integrate this SketchUp scene into their workflow by importing the model directly into an existing project or using it as a reference for spatial planning and material coordination. The file allows for easy manipulation of individual components, enabling designers to swap out furniture pieces or adjust the lighting setup to suit specific project requirements. Due to the organized layer structure, one can isolate the living or kitchen elements to refine material mappings or test different interior finishes within the native environment.
