About this asset

This contemporary living room scene for 3ds Max features a sophisticated beige boucle sofa and warm timber accents. Defined by a balanced, neutral palette, this living room scene centres on a plush, three-seater sofa upholstered in cream-coloured boucle fabric. The space is anchored by a low-profile coffee table constructed from natural timber blocks, complemented by a sculptural, curved armchair and a low-slung, rattan-backed lounge chair. Exposed dark timber ceiling beams add structural depth to the room, while the floor is finished in large-format grey stone tiles. A tall, black-framed shelving unit provides elegant storage, softened by the inclusion of indoor greenery and minimalist wall art pieces.

The download is a 504 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene. Open it in 3ds Max; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Designed for immediate integration into architectural projects, this scene is structured for efficient 3ds Max workflows. Textures are mapped for high-fidelity output, and the scene is calibrated for standard render engine workflows. Users can easily swap materials, reposition camera angles, or integrate additional assets into the existing layout without disrupting the established lighting and material balance.

Ideal for high-end residential visualisations, this scene serves as a versatile template for apartment or luxury home interior projects. Its refined aesthetic pairs well with modern, minimalist, or transitional design schemes. Architects and interior designers can utilise this set to demonstrate spatial arrangements, material transitions, or lighting concepts in client presentations. It is particularly effective when searching for pre-composed living areas that require minimal adjustment to achieve a professional, polished look for real estate marketing or concept development.
