White Marble L-Shaped Reception Desk with Chair and Lighting

This contemporary 3ds Max reception desk scene features a white marble L-shaped counter, a pink upholstered chair, and pendant lighting. This reception desk assembly centres on an L-shaped counter finished in a white marble veneer, accented with a horizontal gold trim detail on the front face. The set includes a matching contemporary armchair with a rounded pink fabric seat and slender gold-toned legs, providing a soft contrast to the stone finish. Above the workspace hangs a linear black pendant light fixture with five cylindrical diffusers. A small potted plant and a computer monitor are included on the desktop surface, creating a fully staged functional office reception area suitable for immediate integration into professional interior visualisations.

The download is an 11.8 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene. Open it in 3ds Max; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is organised into logical layers, allowing for the easy separation of the desk, chair, and lighting components. Users should verify the scale against project units upon import. Materials are applied using standard mapping coordinates; ensure the marble texture is correctly aligned if adjusting the desk dimensions. The pendant lights are grouped for simplified placement above the counter, and the scene is ready for light setup using standard or photometric lights to achieve the desired ambient aesthetic.

This reception desk is ideal for professional office lobbies, boutique retail spaces, or high-end hospitality environments where a clean, modern aesthetic is required. It serves as a focal point for entrance areas, easily pairing with minimalist wall panelling, glass partitions, or polished concrete flooring. Designers searching for a complete reception solution will find this set useful for concept development and final client presentations, particularly in projects focusing on luxury commercial interiors or sophisticated service-oriented layouts that demand a polished, welcoming first impression.
