About this asset

These contemporary fabric curtains for 3ds Max feature a layered design with white, yellow, and teal panels held by decorative tie-backs. These layered curtains consist of a sheer white main panel paired with contrasting yellow and teal accent layers. The assembly is held together by a matching fabric tie-back featuring a small circular embellishment at the centre. The top of the curtains is finished with a pleated header, allowing for a structured drape when hung. The combination of the neutral white base with the vibrant yellow and teal vertical accents creates a dynamic visual rhythm, suitable for spaces requiring a pop of colour while maintaining a clean, modern aesthetic through the layered textile arrangement.

The download is a 5.4 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 2 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

When integrating these curtains into a 3ds Max scene, ensure the pivot point is aligned with the top header for easy placement against window frames or curtain rods. You may need to adjust the width and height using modifiers or scaling to fit specific aperture dimensions. Apply custom fabric textures or adjust the opacity of the white layer to achieve the desired light transmission and translucency effects for your interior lighting setup.

These curtains are ideal for residential bedrooms, living rooms, or boutique hotel suites where a vibrant, layered window treatment is required to complement contemporary decor. They pair well with neutral-toned walls or furniture, adding character without overwhelming the space. Professionals might search for these assets when sourcing window dressings, drapery sets, or fabric accessories for interior design visualisations. They provide a quick solution for adding realism to architectural renderings in residential projects, particularly where a finished, styled look is essential for client presentations.
