About this asset

This contemporary SketchUp model features an L-shaped sectional sofa with a patterned white fabric finish and an integrated coffee table. This sectional sofa set features a low-profile L-shaped configuration with an extended chaise lounge on the right side. The upholstery is finished in a white fabric with a distinct black abstract pattern. The set includes a matching rectangular coffee table with a dark glass top and white legs, plus a coordinating area rug with a mottled monochromatic design. The sofa is accessorised with plain white throw cushions, providing a neutral contrast to the busy print of the main upholstery. The entire composition rests on low, dark-finished feet, maintaining a clean, modern aesthetic.

The download is a 30.2 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this model is managed as a single component or group, allowing for straightforward placement into floor plans. Users should ensure the model is scaled correctly to match their project dimensions before finalising positioning. Materials are mapped to the geometry, and the file structure typically includes layers for the sofa, table, and rug, facilitating easy toggling for different render views. The textures can be adjusted within the material editor to refine the appearance of the patterned fabric under specific lighting conditions.

This seating arrangement is well-suited for contemporary residential living rooms, open-plan apartments, or high-end show home interiors. It serves as a focal point for lounge areas, pairing effectively with minimalist decor to balance the bold pattern of the fabric. Professionals might search for this asset when specifying furniture for modern living spaces or seeking a complete, pre-composed lounge set that integrates a coffee table and rug for quick visualisation during the early stages of interior design projects.
