About this asset

This minimalist 3ds Max shoe cabinet features a clean white four-door design with a contrasting grey central column of open shelving. Constructed with a clean, contemporary aesthetic, this tall storage unit serves as a primary entryway or hallway solution. The design comprises four large, handle-less doors finished in a crisp white matte, flanking a vertical central spine in a dark grey finish. This central column is divided into five open compartments, each illuminated by integrated recessed lighting, providing an ideal space for display or frequently accessed items. The entire assembly sits on a recessed plinth base, creating a subtle floating effect that enhances the minimalist profile of the piece.

The download is a 23.9 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is structured with logical layer separation for the doors, carcass, and internal shelving components, allowing for easy material assignment or animation of the door swing. Users should ensure the pivot points are correctly placed for the doors to facilitate opening sequences. The integrated lighting within the central shelves is set up as a separate object, enabling fine-tuning of intensity and colour temperature to match the specific lighting environment of the interior scene.

This piece is suitable for high-end residential entryways, mudrooms, or dressing areas where a clean, uncluttered look is required. It integrates well into modern apartment design or minimalist home interiors, pairing effectively with neutral palettes and light timber floors. Professionals searching for functional storage with a decorative display element will find this cabinet useful for staging realistic residential projects. It provides a cohesive, built-in appearance that works well in confined hallways or as a focal point in a master walk-in wardrobe.
