About this asset

This minimalist metal wine rack system for SketchUp features a floor-to-ceiling vertical cable configuration for bottle storage. The system consists of five distinct vertical cable-mounted racks designed to display wine bottles in a contemporary, unobtrusive manner. Each unit uses a tensioned cable framework that secures to the floor and ceiling, providing a clean aesthetic that draws focus to the collection rather than the hardware. The bottles are held at a horizontal angle, allowing for efficient vertical density. The construction is entirely metal, finished in a neutral grey tone that integrates easily into various interior palettes. This set provides a modular solution for creating professional-grade wine displays in both private residences and commercial spaces.

The download is a 3.5 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 5 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

To integrate this system into a SketchUp project, import the component and use the native scale tool to adjust the height to match your floor-to-ceiling dimensions. Because the racks are provided as a set, individual vertical units can be separated or grouped to fit your specific wall length. Utilize layers or tags to manage the visibility of the bottles independently from the cable structure, allowing for easier scene management when populating larger cellar or bar designs.

This wine rack system is suited for high-end residential kitchen designs, dedicated home cellars, and boutique retail displays. It pairs effectively with modern interior styles that emphasize clean lines and industrial-inspired detailing. Professionals searching for vertical storage solutions, cellar racking, or minimalist bottle display systems will find this asset useful for both schematic design and final presentation renderings. It is particularly effective for creating sophisticated, gallery-like storage walls in restaurants, luxury hotel bars, or contemporary dining rooms where space efficiency is a priority.
