Wabi-Sabi Natural Wood and Fabric Furniture Scene

This Wabi-Sabi furniture set for SketchUp features a patterned armchair, a macrame wall hanging, and a draped wooden canopy frame. This collection comprises three distinct elements defined by rustic, natural textures and organic forms. The armchair features a solid timber frame with clean, angular lines and upholstered cushions in a light pink patterned fabric. Accompanying this is a wall-mounted decor piece consisting of a raw branch suspending multiple layered macrame leaf motifs. The third component is a rectangular wooden canopy frame designed for ceiling suspension, draped with soft, off-white fabric panels that create a relaxed, ethereal aesthetic. Each piece maintains a cohesive, understated materiality that suits calm, minimalist, or bohemian interior design schemes.

The download is a 19.7 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 3 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, these assets are organised as separate components, allowing for independent placement and scaling within a scene. Users should utilise the native layer system to manage the visibility of the textile elements versus the timber structure. Textures are applied as standard materials, which can be easily swapped or adjusted via the material editor to match specific project lighting requirements. Ensure the model origin is set correctly for easy snapping to ceiling planes or floor levels during assembly.
