Traditional Stone Lion Statue Collection

This comprehensive set of traditional stone lion statues in SketchUp provides various guardian figures, plinths, and architectural ornaments. This collection features twenty-four distinct 3D models of guardian lions, ranging from classic stone-carved protective statues to ornate plinths and column-mounted decorative elements. The set includes both realistic lion figures in various reclining or seated poses and stylized mythical creatures typical of East Asian architecture. Materials depicted include weathered stone, polished gold, and solid masonry finishes. The geometry varies from intricate, high-detail carvings suitable for close-up renders to simpler, geometric forms designed for site planning. The variety of bases, from square pedestals to tall pillars, allows for versatile application in exterior and interior architectural scenes.

The download is a 97 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 24 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Professionals can integrate these models into SketchUp by importing them as individual components. Users should leverage the native layers to manage the density of these assets, as some models feature complex geometry. Scaling should be performed relative to the base plinth to ensure consistent proportions within the site model. Materials are standard SketchUp textures; applying custom PBR shaders or utilizing native render engine materials will enhance the visual quality of the stone and metal finishes for final presentation views.
