It incorporates a functional matte black faucet and an integrated sink basin. One end of the unit features a contrastingly dark brown open shelving system, providing accessible storage for kitchen essentials or decorative items. The download is a 61.5 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

To integrate this SketchUp model into a project, import it as a component to maintain file efficiency. Use the scale tool to adjust the dimensions to fit specific floor plans if necessary. Apply native SketchUp tags to manage the island and its sub-components, such as the sink and shelving, for easier visibility control. Ensure the material textures are mapped correctly by resetting the coordinate axes if the tiling appears misaligned after scaling the geometry within your scene.

Ideal for high-end residential kitchen designs, this island works well in open-concept living spaces where the kitchen transitions into a dining area. It pairs effectively with modern bar stools, minimalist pendant lighting, and neutral-toned cabinetry. Professionals searching for a luxury kitchen island or a statement piece for a contemporary apartment renovation will find this asset useful. It is best suited for mid-to-late stage design development where visual clarity and material accuracy are essential for client presentations and high-quality interior renderings.
