About this asset

This traditional oriental folding screen is a two-panel room divider featuring detailed peacock motifs on a dark wood frame. Constructed with a rich, dark-toned timber frame, this folding screen features two hinged panels. The central sections are finished with a black background, intricately decorated with traditional Asian-style illustrations including peacocks, floral arrangements, and foliage in shades of gold and muted tones. The frame exhibits a classic joinery style with a sturdy base and a simple, elevated leg design. The proportion is vertical, intended for use as a decorative partition or a focal point within a room, offering a balance between structural solidity and detailed artistic ornamentation.
