About this asset

This traditional armchair 3ds Max model features a dark wood frame with intricate lattice sides and an off-white upholstered seat. This traditional-style armchair is constructed with a dark-stained timber frame that showcases a distinctive open-work lattice design on both the backrest and armrests. The piece features a deep, comfortable seat upholstered in a textured off-white fabric, accented by a single throw cushion with a sage and white patterned motif. The frame is supported by tapered legs that provide a stable base, while the seat cushion is finished with neat piping along the edges. The combination of geometric cut-outs and soft upholstery creates a sophisticated aesthetic suitable for refined interior compositions.

To integrate this asset into a 3ds Max project, merge the file into your scene and ensure the unit scale matches your global settings. The geometry is organised for easy selection, allowing for quick material adjustments to the timber or fabric textures. Apply custom shaders to the wood and textile components to match your specific lighting environment. Proper mapping of the fabric texture is essential to maintain the scale of the weave, while the lattice detail should be handled with clean edge loops.
