Contemporary Charcoal Fabric and Leather Living Room Set

This contemporary living room set for SketchUp features a charcoal fabric sofa, two matching leather armchairs, and a marble coffee table. This cohesive living room arrangement includes a three-seater sofa with tufted back detailing, upholstered in a textured charcoal fabric. It is accompanied by two low-profile leather armchairs featuring plush back cushions and a square coffee table with a white marble top and dark grey base. The set sits atop a large, linear-patterned grey rug. Each piece is designed with clean, sharp lines and slender dark metal legs, creating a balanced, modern aesthetic. The inclusion of decorative cushions on the armchairs adds a layer of comfort and tactile variety to the overall composition.

The download is a 65.4 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 4 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

When integrating this set into a SketchUp scene, place the components as a single group or explode to adjust individual pieces for custom layouts. Ensure the model is correctly oriented on the floor plane to avoid clipping issues. Use the native material editor to refine the texture scales for the fabric and marble surfaces. The model is organised with logical layering, allowing for easy selection and manipulation of the rug, seating, and table elements separately during the final rendering stage.

Ideal for residential lounge areas, high-end hotel lobbies, and contemporary office reception spaces, this set provides a complete, ready-to-use furniture solution. Architects and interior designers can utilise this model during the schematic design phase to quickly communicate spatial arrangements and material palettes. It pairs effectively with minimalist interior schemes and works well in renders requiring a sophisticated, dark-toned aesthetic.
