Traditional Dark Wood Altar Cabinet with Lattice Screens

This traditional altar cabinet 3ds Max model features intricate wooden lattice screens and a matching stool for a complete setup. Constructed from a dark, rich-toned wood, this altar cabinet features an elevated platform enclosed by detailed geometric lattice screens on the sides and top. The main body includes a central drawer with subtle carved detailing, providing storage for ritual items. A small, low-profile matching stool is positioned beneath the primary unit. The design is compact and vertical, designed to house a focal religious figure or decorative ornament. The wood grain is visible throughout, providing a warm, classic aesthetic that integrates well into formal living spaces or dedicated prayer areas within a residence.

The download is a 55.6 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 2 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Users can import this model directly into their 3ds Max scene using standard merge functions. The geometry is organised into logical groups, allowing for the easy separation of the stool from the main cabinet unit. Materials are applied using standard UV mapping, and the wood grain texture should be scaled appropriately to match project requirements. The model is scaled to real-world proportions, ensuring it fits naturally into architectural interiors without extensive resizing. Lighting should be adjusted to highlight the intricate lattice shadow patterns.
