About this asset

This traditional Chinese wedding ceremony stage scene in SketchUp features a red and gold backdrop with ornate dragon and phoenix motifs. The stage layout is defined by a central backdrop featuring a prominent circular emblem flanked by gold-toned, sculptural dragon and phoenix figures. The primary colour palette is rich red and gold, accented by soft beige seating and drapery. Overhead, draped fabric swags create a canopy effect, while floor-level floral arrangements and traditional red lanterns on metal frames define the aisle. The composition includes geometric screen partitions, potted bamboo, and formal dining tables with chairs, providing a comprehensive, thematic environment for event planning and spatial visualisation.

The download is a 133 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this scene is organised into logical layers to manage the heavy geometry of the floral arrangements and decorative elements. Users should utilise the component library to isolate specific assets like the lanterns or chairs for reuse in other projects. Applying high-resolution textures to the fabric swags and backdrop panels will improve render quality. Ensure the model is correctly scaled within the project template before merging, and use the existing camera positions to establish consistent views for client presentations.
