About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max double bed features rich brown velvet upholstery and subtle brass trim, suitable for high-end interior projects. This double bed is defined by its deep brown velvet upholstery that wraps around both the headboard and the low-profile frame. The headboard is slightly curved at the edges, providing a subtle wrap-around effect, while the base is accented with thin horizontal brass trim that adds a touch of refined metallic contrast. The set includes a mattress with a quilted pattern, two large rectangular pillows, and two smaller accent cushions in matching dark tones. The overall proportions are low and wide, emphasizing a grounded, comfortable aesthetic that anchors the bedroom space effectively.

The download is a 38.9 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is organized by logical object grouping, allowing for easy selection of the frame, mattress, and bedding components. Users should apply a standard material library to the velvet and metal surfaces to ensure realistic light interaction. The model is scaled for standard double mattress dimensions. When inserting into a scene, check the pivot point at the base of the frame for efficient snapping to floor planes and alignment with wall-mounted headboards or bedroom cabinetry.

Ideal for luxury residential master suites, boutique hotel guest rooms, or high-end apartment staging, this bed serves as a primary focal point in contemporary interior design. It pairs well with minimalist bedside tables, soft ambient wall sconces, or textured area rugs. Professionals searching for a sophisticated, plush sleeping arrangement will find this asset versatile for both photorealistic visualization and interior design concept work. It complements neutral palettes or darker, moodier bedroom schemes where tactile materials like velvet and brass are desired.
