Traditional Brown Leather Sofa Set with Ornate Carving

This traditional leather sofa set in SketchUp features ornate wood carvings and a classic brown finish for formal living room interiors. This traditional lounge set comprises a central three-seater sofa flanked by two matching armchairs, all finished in a rich, warm brown leather. The upholstery is complemented by exposed timber frames featuring intricate, hand-carved floral detailing along the crest rails and cabriole legs. The silhouette is defined by rolled arms and a sweeping, serpentine backrest that provides a distinct formal aesthetic. Decorative cushions in complementary muted tones enhance the depth of the seating arrangement, while the dark wood frame provides a grounded, stable appearance suitable for high-end residential or classic hotel lobby settings.

The download is a 178 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this set is organised into clear groups to facilitate easy placement and furniture arrangement. Users should verify the scale against the project floor plan upon insertion. The leather and wood materials are applied as individual textures, allowing for adjustments to bump or reflection maps within a renderer. If the scene feels too crowded, the components can be ungrouped to isolate the sofa or armchairs for use in smaller configurations or tighter interior layouts.

This furniture set is ideal for formal living rooms, traditional libraries, or boutique hotel reception areas where a sense of permanence and luxury is required. It pairs well with dark wood panelling, heavy drapery, and neutral area rugs to create a sophisticated, timeless atmosphere. Professionals searching for classic seating, ornate lounge furniture, or formal interior assets will find this set useful for rendering high-detail, traditionalist design schemes or heritage project visualisations where period-appropriate pieces are essential to the overall interior narrative.
