About this asset

This modern living room furniture set for SketchUp contains a teal fabric sofa, two matching armchairs, and decorative accessories. This contemporary seating arrangement features a clean-lined, two-seater sofa and two matching armchairs, all upholstered in a deep teal fabric. Each piece is supported by tapered, light-toned natural wood legs, providing a subtle contrast to the saturated textile. The set is styled with a collection of scatter cushions in neutral tones and a draped throw blanket, adding texture to the composition. Included in the scene are supplemental decorative elements such as a stack of books and a modern multi-globe pendant light, creating a cohesive, ready-to-use arrangement for interior visualisation.

The download is a 38.8 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 3 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this set is organised as a collection of components, allowing for easy selection and placement within your model. Users can apply custom material textures to the upholstery faces to adjust the fabric sheen or colour as needed. Ensure the model is placed on a dedicated layer to maintain scene organisation, and use the scale tool to adjust the overall footprint to fit specific floor plans if necessary. The included light fixture can be grouped separately for independent manipulation.

This furniture set is suited for residential living room layouts, hotel lounge areas, or high-end office reception spaces. It pairs well with minimalist coffee tables and neutral area rugs to anchor the seating group. Professionals looking for a quick, styled furniture solution will find this asset useful for rapid prototyping or final client presentations.
