About this asset

This 3ds Max modular sectional sofa features tan leather upholstery, a chaise end, and five grey fabric throw cushions for comfort. Defined by its low-profile silhouette and modular composition, this sectional sofa combines a deep tan leather finish with clean, linear geometry. The configuration includes an integrated chaise lounge on one side and a matching ottoman or terminal module on the opposite end, creating a balanced, elongated form. Five rectangular, light grey fabric cushions are arranged along the backrest, providing a subtle textural contrast to the smooth leather surface. Supported by slim, dark-finished metal legs, the piece maintains an airy aesthetic despite its substantial scale, making it a versatile choice for modern interior layouts.

The download is an 18.8 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

When integrating this model into a 3ds Max scene, ensure the object is placed on a flat surface plane to align the slim metal legs correctly. The leather and fabric materials are typically mapped as separate sub-object elements, allowing for easy adjustment of texture tiling or colour properties. Users should apply a standard UVW map modifier if scaling the model to fit specific room dimensions, ensuring the leather grain remains consistent across the continuous seat and backrest surfaces.

This sectional sofa is well-suited for spacious contemporary living rooms, open-plan apartments, or high-end hotel lobby seating areas. Its neutral tan and grey palette pairs effectively with hardwood flooring, large area rugs, and minimalist coffee tables. Professionals searching for a versatile lounge solution will find this model useful for residential design projects, luxury home staging, or hospitality fit-outs where a comfortable, modular seating arrangement is required to anchor a space and provide flexible, multi-functional lounging options for diverse guest requirements.
