About this asset

This contemporary L-shaped leather sofa set for 3ds Max features a tan finish, a matching ottoman, and a circular side table. This L-shaped sectional sofa features a worn tan leather upholstery with a soft, lived-in texture across its cushions and frame. The configuration includes a dedicated chaise lounge on one side, complemented by a set of scatter cushions. Accompanying the sofa is a small, round upholstered ottoman and a minimalist side table with a dark wooden top and a white metal geometric base. The set provides a cohesive look for lounge areas, balancing the warmth of the natural leather with the clean, modern lines of the table and base frame.

The download is a 64.9 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 3 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Users can merge this 3ds Max asset directly into their scene files. The set is organised by object, allowing for independent placement of the sofa, ottoman, and side table to suit specific floor plans. Materials are mapped for standard renderers, and the geometry is optimised for archviz workflows. Ensure the pivot points are correctly aligned at the base for easy snapping to floor surfaces. The textures are tiled to maintain detail at close range, suitable for both wide-angle interior shots and detailed furniture vignettes.

This sofa set is ideal for residential living room designs, luxury apartments, and boutique hotel lobbies. Its neutral tan palette fits well within contemporary and transitional interior styles. Designers can use this model to populate open-plan living areas or create intimate reading corners when paired with a rug and floor lamp. Architects often search for this type of modular seating when planning flexible family spaces or high-end residential projects, as it provides a realistic, comfortable focal point for interior visualisations.
