About this asset

This contemporary abstract ribbon wall sculpture set for SketchUp features two fluid, metallic forms in polished gold and silver finishes. The sculpture set consists of two distinct, non-linear wall-mounted pieces defined by their organic, flowing ribbon-like geometry. Each element exhibits complex, folded surfaces that catch light to create dynamic reflections and shadows. The design relies on a continuous, looping silhouette that mimics fluid motion, providing a sculptural focal point for minimalist or high-end interiors. One piece is finished in a warm, reflective metallic gold, while the second piece features a cool, polished silver tone. Both items are designed to be mounted as a pair or individually to suit specific wall compositions.

The download is a 5.1 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 2 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Users should place the sculptures on a dedicated tag or layer to manage visibility during the design process. Given the reflective nature of the surfaces, applying appropriate material properties is essential for accurate rendering. The models can be scaled to fit specific wall dimensions, though they are designed as standalone decorative features that benefit from being positioned as a cohesive set against neutral, solid-coloured backgrounds.

These sculptural wall pieces are ideal for enhancing feature walls in luxury residential living rooms, boutique hotel lobbies, or high-end retail showrooms. They pair effectively with minimalist furniture, providing a textural contrast to smooth plaster or stone wall finishes. Professionals searching for decorative accents for interior design projects will find these assets useful for creating visual interest without cluttering the floor plan. They serve as an effective solution for filling large, empty wall spaces in contemporary architectural visualizations and conceptual interior design presentations.
