About this asset

This contemporary leather L-shaped sofa set is a SketchUp model featuring a tan sectional, matching ottoman, round coffee table, and lighting. This comprehensive living room set comprises a low-profile L-shaped sofa with an integrated chaise, upholstered in a smooth tan leather. It includes a standalone rectangular ottoman, a circular walnut-finish coffee table with tapered legs, and a multi-globe pendant light fixture. A collection of scatter cushions in white and striped fabric provides textural contrast. The sofa rests on a dark, minimalist plinth base, maintaining a clean, grounded silhouette. Every element is scaled to function as a cohesive furniture group, suitable for defining comfortable lounge areas within open-plan architectural layouts.

The model is scaled for immediate insertion into interior design plans and perspective views.

Ideal for residential projects, this set creates a complete, ready-to-render living room focal point for client presentations and high-quality visualisations. It fits seamlessly into contemporary apartment designs, hotel suites, or luxury lounge areas. It pairs well with neutral interior palettes and works effectively in both small-scale residential renovations and expansive open-plan developments where a defined seating zone is required.
