Tall Grey Wood Wall-Mounted Magazine Display Cabinet

This contemporary wall-mounted magazine display cabinet for 3ds Max features a grey wood frame and woven textured back panels. Constructed with a structured, four-column layout, this tall display unit is designed for vertical literature storage. The frame is finished in a dark grey wood grain, providing a neutral backdrop for the woven, light-brown textured fabric panels that line the rear of each compartment. Horizontal metal rods are positioned across each shelf to act as retainers for magazines or brochures. The proportions are slender and tall, making it suitable for tight wall spaces. This model is presented as a singular unit, complete with a small matching side table and a pendant light.

The download is a 75.4 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Within 3ds Max, this model is organised into logical layers for easy manipulation of the frame, metal rods, and fabric backings. Users should ensure the pivot point is set to the base or rear for correct wall alignment. Materials are assigned using standard slots, allowing for quick adjustments to the wood grain or metallic finish of the rods. Given its vertical orientation, grouping the object before scaling is recommended to maintain the integrity of the thin metal components and textured panels during scene composition.

This display unit is ideal for high-end retail environments, professional waiting areas, or modern home offices where curated literature storage is required. It pairs effectively with minimalist furniture and neutral palettes, functioning as both a functional storage solution and a decorative wall feature. Professionals searching for this piece might use terms like wall-mounted magazine rack, retail literature display, or contemporary wood shelving. It is well-suited for projects requiring a clean, organised aesthetic in commercial lobbies, boutique showrooms, or private study spaces.
