About this asset

This square green vertical garden wall panel for 3ds Max features a dense mix of varied foliage for realistic biophilic wall coverage. This vertical garden wall panel consists of a dense, layered arrangement of synthetic foliage, designed to simulate a natural living wall. The composition includes a variety of leaf shapes, ranging from slender, palm-like fronds to broader, textured leaves, creating visual depth and organic irregularity. The colour palette is dominated by various shades of green, from deep forest tones to lighter, vibrant highlights that suggest sun-dappled textures. The square format allows for modular installation, making it suitable for creating continuous feature walls in interior spaces or external facade treatments where natural greenery is desired.

The download is a 81.8 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this asset is typically handled as a single modular component that can be tiled to cover larger surfaces. Users should ensure the pivot point is correctly aligned for snapping during placement. Given the high density of geometry, it is recommended to manage the model using instances or proxies to maintain viewport performance. Material slots should be checked for proper alpha mapping on leaf textures to ensure realistic light transmission and shadows across the vertical surface during rendering.

Ideal for biophilic design schemes, this wall panel works well in modern office lobbies, hotel atriums, and high-end residential feature walls. It provides an effective way to introduce natural elements into sterile environments without the maintenance requirements of real plants. Professionals looking for vertical greenery, living wall systems, or acoustic decorative treatments will find this asset useful for mid-to-high-end interior visualisations. It integrates seamlessly with contemporary architectural styles and pairs well with timber cladding, concrete, or minimalist plaster surfaces in commercial settings.
