Contemporary Fabric and Velvet Sofa and Ottoman Set

This contemporary 3ds Max model set features four distinct seating pieces, including a lounge sofa and various fabric and velvet ottomans. This curated collection of seating comprises four individual pieces designed for versatile interior arrangements. The set includes a sleek, teal-coloured lounge sofa with a sweeping backrest and a matching scatter cushion, alongside three distinct ottomans: a grey fabric-upholstered piece on slender metal legs, a low-profile black tufted ottoman, and a round, teal velvet-upholstered pouf supported by metallic legs. Each piece showcases clean lines and modern proportions, balancing soft textile textures with structured metal bases. The varied forms—ranging from angular to circular—provide a cohesive yet diverse selection of furniture for high-end residential or boutique hospitality environments.

The download is a 33.8 MB file containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 4 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Users can efficiently integrate these assets into 3ds Max scenes by merging the file into existing projects. The objects are grouped logically, allowing for easy selection and placement within living spaces. Texture mapping is applied to the fabric and velvet surfaces, which can be adjusted via the material editor to suit specific lighting conditions. The geometry is clean and optimized for standard architectural visualization workflows, ensuring smooth performance when populating interiors or arranging furniture layouts for client presentations or final render outputs.
