Scandinavian Light Wood Double Bed Bedroom Scene

This Scandinavian bedroom scene for SketchUp features a light wood double bed with a matching desk, chair, and decorative macrame wall art. This bedroom scene centers on a clean-lined, light-toned wooden double bed with a slatted headboard and footboard. The composition includes a compact writing desk and a complementary chair featuring a woven rattan backrest. Soft textiles, including crisp white bedding and a neutral grey throw, provide a balanced aesthetic. A decorative macrame wall hanging adds a textural element above the bed, while a small table lamp and a ceramic vase with dried florals complete the curated look. The entire arrangement reflects a light, airy, and functional design language typical of modern Nordic interiors.

The download is a 25.7 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

To utilize this SketchUp model, import the component into your project file via the component browser or by merging the file directly. The scene is organized into logical groups, allowing for easy selection and placement of individual elements like the bed, desk, or accessories. Ensure your face orientation is consistent for proper rendering and apply your preferred materials to the existing geometry to match your specific project palette. Use the native layers to manage visibility if you wish to isolate the bed from the desk.

This bedroom arrangement is well-suited for residential project visualizations, particularly in contemporary apartment or house design. It serves as a convenient asset for staging master bedrooms or guest rooms where a cohesive, minimalist look is required. Professionals may search for this set when needing to quickly populate interior scenes with coordinated furniture pieces. It pairs effectively with neutral wall finishes, light timber flooring, and soft, natural lighting setups to enhance the overall sense of space and tranquility in a high-quality architectural render.
