About this asset

This contemporary living room scene for SketchUp features a beige fabric modular sofa, a matching ottoman, and a minimalist coffee table. The assembly comprises a low-profile, three-seater sofa upholstered in a neutral beige fabric, accented with a mix of solid beige and blue scatter cushions. Accompanying the seating is a square, fabric-covered ottoman and a white-finished coffee table with a contrasting wood-tone open shelf. A secondary side table with a dark wood top and white frame holds a table lamp. The composition is grounded by a textured geometric rug and finished with three large-scale abstract art prints mounted on the wall, creating a cohesive, balanced living room setup.

The download is a 42.6 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this model is structured as a collection of grouped components, allowing for easy selection and placement within your architectural project. Materials are applied to standard faces, making them straightforward to edit or replace using the paint bucket tool. The scene components are organized by object type, which helps in managing layers and visibility. Ensure that you check the global scale after importing to match your floor plan, and adjust the lighting intensity to suit your interior render settings.
