About this asset

This contemporary rug set for 3ds Max features a circular jute base with teal felt accents, including matching cushions and soft toys. The rug assembly is composed of a large central circular mat crafted from woven natural jute, surrounded by a ring of smaller, teal-coloured felt discs. The set includes additional decorative elements: a square teal fabric cushion, a pair of striped patterned slippers, and a stylized plush animal figure. The design focuses on tactile contrast, blending the coarse, organic texture of the jute with the smooth, soft finish of the felt and fabric components. These pieces are arranged as a cohesive unit, suitable for adding a playful, layered aesthetic to interior spaces.

The download is a 9 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is structured as a collection of individual objects, allowing for flexible placement and scaling within a scene. Users should check the material editor to ensure the textures are correctly mapped, especially for the woven jute surface which may require specific tiling adjustments. The pieces can be easily grouped or ungrouped to suit the requirements of a nursery or play area, and the lighting should be balanced to highlight the varied material finishes of the fabric and natural fibres.

This decorative set is ideal for residential projects, specifically within children's bedrooms, nurseries, or informal playrooms. It provides a soft, inviting focal point for interior visualisations that require a touch of modern, whimsical styling. Professionals might search for this asset when looking for 'kids room accessories', 'nursery rugs', or 'textured floor decor' to enhance the realism of a scene. The set pairs well with minimalist furniture and neutral colour palettes, effectively softening the overall look of a room while introducing vibrant, playful accents.
