Potted Tropical Plant and Columnar Cactus Set of Two

This 3ds Max set features a broad-leaf tropical plant and a tall columnar cactus, each housed in simple white cylindrical planters. This collection consists of two distinct indoor plants designed for architectural visualisation. The first is a lush, broad-leaf tropical specimen with wide, deep green foliage that spreads horizontally. The second is a slim, multi-stemmed columnar cactus, providing a vertical contrast in form. Both plants are presented in matching minimalist white ceramic pots, which feature a clean, cylindrical profile. The soil surface within each pot is textured to simulate a realistic planting medium, adding a layer of detail that ensures these assets look convincing in close-up interior renderings or wide-angle architectural shots.

The download is a 13.8 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 2 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

When integrating these assets into a 3ds Max scene, use the merge command to import the plants as discrete objects. Since they are provided as a set, you can easily ungroup them to position each plant independently. Ensure the pivot points are set at the base of the pots to simplify placement on floor surfaces or furniture units. Adjust the global scale if necessary to match the scale of your project, and apply standard material overrides if you require specific render engine compatibility.

These plants are versatile assets suitable for residential living rooms, modern office lobbies, or hotel reception areas. They pair well with minimalist interior styles, acting as natural accents in sparse spaces or as finishing touches for built-in shelving and side tables. Professionals searching for botanical assets will find these useful for staging scenes that require a touch of greenery to soften hard surfaces. Their neutral white pots make them adaptable to a wide range of colour palettes and interior design concepts.
