About this asset

This contemporary potted palm plant 3ds Max model features a lush green foliage arrangement set within a textured white honeycomb ceramic pot. This decorative botanical asset comprises a dense, multi-frond palm plant housed in a cylindrical ceramic container. The pot is defined by a distinct hexagonal, honeycomb-style embossed texture across its exterior surface, finished in a clean matte white. The foliage is rendered with fine, slender leaflets that fan out from the central base, creating a natural, layered appearance. The proportions are balanced, making the piece suitable for placement as a standalone floor element or atop a console, providing a soft organic contrast to the geometric relief of the container.

The download is a 12.7 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

To integrate this asset into a 3ds Max project, use the merge command to import the file into the active scene. The model is typically organised by layers, allowing for separate management of the plant foliage and the ceramic pot container. Ensure the pivot point is positioned at the base of the pot for easy placement on floor surfaces. Adjust the material shaders as necessary to suit your lighting environment, ensuring the normals are correctly oriented for high-quality rendering results.
