Modern Grey Fabric Living Room Scene

This modern living room scene, provided as a SketchUp model, features a modular grey fabric sofa, timber wall panelling, and a marble-clad fireplace. This high-end living room interior focuses on clean lines and a neutral, layered palette. The central seating arrangement comprises a low-profile, modular grey fabric sofa oriented towards a custom media wall. The space is defined by warm walnut-toned timber panelling that spans the rear wall, integrating open shelving with concealed strip lighting. A fireplace feature wall finished in white veined marble anchors the room, while a distinct zebra-patterned lounge chair provides a sculptural accent. The composition is finished with a textured area rug, a minimalist coffee table, and full-height window treatments.

The download is a 72.7 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Utilising this SketchUp scene requires managing the model hierarchy through the Outliner to isolate specific furniture elements or lighting fixtures. Users can easily adjust the environment by swapping textures on the wall panels or re-mapping materials to suit specific project requirements. The scene is pre-populated with furniture, allowing for immediate perspective rendering or as a base for customising layout configurations. Ensure all layers are organised to maintain performance when appending this file into larger residential project models.
