Oriental Black Lacquer Dining Set with Lazy Susan

This 3ds Max dining set features a round black lacquer table with a central lazy susan and eight matching spindle-back chairs. This traditional oriental-style dining set comprises a large circular table resting on a decorative pedestal base and eight high-backed chairs. The table incorporates a functional central rotating tray, or lazy susan, and features intricate edge detailing along the apron. Each chair is constructed with a curved crest rail, an openwork splat, and integrated armrests. The seats are upholstered in a light cream fabric, providing a stark contrast to the deep black wood finish. The set includes a full place setting with tableware and a central floral arrangement, creating a complete, ready-to-use dining composition.

The download is an 18.6 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 9 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is organised into logical layers, allowing for easy separation of the table, chairs, and individual tableware components. Users should check the pivot points for the rotating tray to ensure correct animation if required. Materials are applied using standard slots; ensure texture paths are re-linked upon opening. The set is scaled for real-world dimensions, making it suitable for direct insertion into interior scenes. Lighting should be adjusted to reflect the glossy, reflective quality of the black lacquer finish for optimal realism.
