About this asset

This classic 3-seater sofa 3ds Max model features off-white fabric upholstery, scrolled arms, and a set of contrasting blue cushions. This three-seater sofa exhibits a classic silhouette with elegant scrolled arms and tapered wooden legs finished with subtle metallic feet. The primary upholstery is a clean off-white fabric, providing a neutral base for the included decorative cushion set. The configuration includes three seat cushions and a matching backrest, accessorised with a mix of blue textured accent pillows and a draped blue throw blanket. The overall proportions suggest a formal or semi-formal lounge setting, with refined piping details along the edges of the frame and cushions that add to its traditional aesthetic.

The download is a 39.8 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is organised with logical layer naming to facilitate easy management of the cushions, throw, and sofa frame. Users should verify the scale against their scene units upon insertion. The fabric textures are mapped for realistic light interaction; adjust the bump or displacement maps within the material editor to refine the weave detail. The throw blanket is a separate mesh, allowing for repositioning or removal depending on the desired level of clutter in the final visualisation.
