About this asset

This contemporary modular sectional sofa set in 3ds Max features an off-white fabric finish with black cushions and glass coffee tables. This modular sectional sofa features a low-profile, blocky silhouette with deep seating and a wide chaise section. The upholstery is a neutral, textured off-white fabric, contrasted by two square black accent cushions. The set includes a central integrated armrest or console element between the main seating modules. Accompanying the sofa are two circular, dark glass-topped coffee tables with cylindrical bases of varying heights. The entire assembly sits on a large, round, light beige woven rug, creating a cohesive and balanced lounge arrangement suitable for open-plan residential or high-end hospitality interiors.

The download is a 62.5 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is organised into logical layers for easy manipulation of the sofa, tables, and rug independently. Users should check the pivot points for the modular components to allow for custom layout adjustments. The glass surfaces on the coffee tables are set up for ray-traced reflections, so ensure your environment lighting is correctly configured to capture the depth. The fabric textures are mapped with high-resolution tiling, allowing for scale adjustments if necessary to match specific project requirements.

This lounge set is ideal for contemporary living room designs, luxury apartment staging, or hotel lobby waiting areas. It pairs well with minimalist interior palettes and can be used in mid-to-late stage architectural visualisations where a fully dressed scene is required. Professionals searching for a modular sectional sofa or a complete lounge furniture set will find this asset versatile for various floor plans, including large open-concept spaces where defining seating areas with rugs and low furniture is essential.
