The download is a 29.5 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

The model is structured for efficient integration into 3ds Max scenes, with objects grouped logically to allow for easy placement or individual element selection. Users should verify pivot points upon insertion to ensure the desk and chair sit correctly on the floor plane. Materials are mapped with standard parameters, and the lighting setup should be adjusted to reflect the high-gloss finish of the desk surface. Ensure the texture maps are correctly linked within the asset path editor to maintain the intended visual quality.
