Natural Woven Bamboo Roll-Up Blind Set

This SketchUp model features a set of three natural bamboo roll-up blinds, designed for versatile window coverage in interior settings. These blinds are crafted from fine, natural-toned bamboo slats, providing a textured, organic aesthetic suitable for minimalist or Japandi-inspired interiors. The set includes three individual units of varying lengths, demonstrating the roll-up mechanism with visible pull cords and mounting headers. The slats are finely woven, creating a semi-transparent filter that allows soft, diffused light to enter the space. Each blind is modelled with precise proportions, capturing the authentic tactile quality of woven timber. The neutral, warm palette of the bamboo complements a variety of interior finishes, from raw concrete to light wood flooring.

The download is a 61.8 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 3 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, these blinds are organised into separate components, allowing for easy adjustment of the roll-up height for each unit. Users can simply scale or move the components to fit specific window frame dimensions. The texture mapping is applied to individual bamboo slats, maintaining visual fidelity at close range. It is recommended to use layers or tags to manage the visibility of the cords and mounting hardware, ensuring a clean workspace when integrating the model into larger architectural scenes or interior visualisations.
