About this asset

This rustic 3ds Max decorative set features a natural wood log side table, a white minimalist table lamp, and accompanying books. This decorative set comprises a raw, cylindrical wood log side table characterized by its visible growth rings and natural fissured bark texture. Placed atop the surface is a slim-profile, white-finished metal table lamp with a cylindrical head and an adjustable arm. The arrangement includes a small white stag figurine positioned on a stack of two books, which serve as a base for the sculpture. The set is designed as a cohesive vignette, balancing the organic warmth of the timber with the clean, modern geometry of the white lighting and accessories.

The download is a 12.3 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is managed as a grouped object for easy placement within a scene. Users should check the pivot point at the base of the log to ensure correct floor alignment. Materials are applied via standard shader slots, allowing for adjustments to the wood grain reflection or the metal lamp finish. It is recommended to merge this asset into a master file and apply a light-map or HDRI for accurate soft-shadow rendering on the curved lamp and log surfaces.

This asset is suitable for interior design visualisations within residential projects, particularly for living room corners, bedside arrangements, or reading nooks. It pairs well with contemporary or wabi-sabi aesthetics where natural textures are a focal point. Professionals searching for 'stump side table', 'rustic wood accent', or 'minimalist table lamp' will find this set useful for populating empty spaces or adding character to a bedroom or lounge render. Its neutral palette ensures compatibility with various interior colour schemes and lighting setups.
