Contemporary Black Leather and Wood Sofa and Coffee Table Set

This 3ds Max set features a contemporary black leather sofa with wood side panels paired with a live-edge wooden coffee table. The set includes a 2-seater sofa and a matching coffee table. The sofa features a sleek black leather seat and a backrest consisting of three distinct horizontal cylindrical cushions, framed by warm-toned wooden side panels. It sits on a low, metallic base. Accompanying the sofa is a coffee table crafted from a thick, natural live-edge wood slab, showcasing raw grain patterns and irregular edges. This table is supported by slender, minimalist metal hairpin legs. A small glass vase with yellow flowers is included as a decorative accessory, adding a refined touch to the arrangement.

The download is a 19 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 2 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is managed via a clean layer structure, allowing for independent selection of the sofa and table. Users should check object scales upon insertion to ensure accurate spatial representation in the scene. Materials are applied using standard mapping, which can be adjusted to suit custom render engine requirements. The geometry is optimized for efficient viewport navigation, and the inclusion of the decorative vase as a separate element provides flexibility for scene dressing without increasing poly counts unnecessarily.

This furniture arrangement is suited for contemporary residential living rooms, boutique hotel lobbies, or modern executive lounge areas. The combination of industrial-inspired hairpin legs and warm wood tones makes it ideal for projects requiring a blend of rustic charm and polished modernism. Architects and interior designers can use this set to populate renders for high-end apartments or creative office break-out zones. It pairs effectively with minimalist interior schemes, neutral wall palettes, or spaces emphasizing tactile, natural materials such as exposed brick or timber flooring.
