The design creates a compact, enclosed environment that serves as both a functional bed and a dedicated play area.

The download is an 8.2 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is organised as a single assembly, making it straightforward to position within a larger bedroom scene. The timber textures are applied to the primary surfaces, allowing for easy adjustment of the wood grain scale or colour tint to match specific project requirements. Users should ensure the pivot point is set to the base of the unit for accurate placement on the floor plane. The cushions and bedding are separate elements, facilitating quick material swaps or customisation of the fabric patterns.

This loft bed is ideal for residential interior design projects, particularly in kids' rooms or shared play spaces where floor area is limited. It provides a playful, space-saving solution for contemporary family homes and apartment layouts. Professionals can use this asset in high-quality architectural visualisations to demonstrate floor plan efficiency and interior concepts for young children. It pairs well with neutral or pastel-toned nursery decor, soft rugs, and ambient lighting, effectively communicating a warm, functional, and imaginative living environment for residential clients.
