Natural Wood Folding Dining Set with Four Chairs

This contemporary 3ds Max dining set features four slatted folding chairs and a circular side table crafted from natural timber. The set comprises four identical folding chairs and a compact, circular table, all finished in a warm, natural wood tone. Each chair is constructed with a slatted seat and backrest, supported by a classic X-frame folding mechanism. The table features a circular top with a subtle geometric inlay pattern, supported by a central tripod-style base. The design emphasises a casual, lightweight aesthetic suitable for flexible interior or exterior arrangements. All components demonstrate a consistent joinery style and material finish, providing a cohesive look for informal dining or lounge areas in residential or commercial settings.

The download is a 14.9 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 5 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this set is organised as a cohesive group to facilitate easy placement within a scene. Users should check the pivot points of the folding chair components to ensure correct rotation if animating the folding action. Materials are mapped to the geometry, allowing for quick adjustments to the wood grain scale or colour tint. Lighting should be set up to highlight the natural wood texture, using global illumination to capture the soft shadows between the chair slats and the table base.

This dining set is ideal for casual balcony layouts, terrace cafes, or small residential kitchen nooks. It pairs effectively with natural textures and light, airy interior palettes. Designers searching for flexible, space-saving furniture will find this model useful for hospitality projects, garden showrooms, or urban apartment balcony staging. The set functions well in both indoor and outdoor contexts, providing a versatile solution for temporary seating arrangements that require a warm, organic material presence while maintaining a clean, functional design profile.
