Modular Tufted Fabric Sectional Sofa with Integrated Shelving

This contemporary modular sectional sofa SketchUp model features a tufted fabric finish and integrated timber shelving units for versatile living. This modular sofa system is defined by its low-profile, tufted seat cushions and boxy, clean-lined aesthetic. The set includes various configurable components, such as armless modules, corner units, and integrated timber side-table inserts, allowing for flexible layout arrangements. The upholstery is rendered in a soft, textured fabric available in deep green and neutral grey tones. Thick, square-tufted detailing provides visual rhythm across the seating surface, while the integrated storage elements add functional utility. Loose throw cushions in contrasting colours and draped textile accessories are included, enhancing the casual, lived-in appearance of the furniture arrangement.

The download is a 391 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Within SketchUp, this model is organised into logical groups and components, allowing for easy repositioning of individual modules to suit specific floor plans. Users should utilise the native material editor to manage texture mapping, ensuring the fabric grain and wood grain are correctly oriented. The integrated shelving units are treated as distinct sub-components, making it straightforward to toggle their visibility or apply custom materials. For optimal viewport performance, consider placing these high-detail assets on a dedicated layer or tag, keeping the main model geometry lightweight.
