Modern White Metal Modular Meeting Room Scene

This modern meeting room scene in SketchUp features a modular U-shaped desk configuration with task chairs and a projector setup. This professional meeting room scene comprises six individual rectangular white work desks arranged in a collaborative U-shape, paired with six matching white and black task chairs. The desks feature slim metal frames with integrated casters for mobility, supporting a clean, minimalist aesthetic. The central arrangement is complemented by a portable white projection screen and a ceiling-mounted projector unit, creating a functional environment for presentations or team collaboration. The uniform white finishes and slender profiles ensure a cohesive look, while the modular design allows for flexible re-configuration to suit various meeting requirements or floor plan layouts.

The download is a 16.4 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

When integrating this SketchUp scene into your project, ensure the components are placed on distinct layers to maintain control over the furniture and the projection equipment. Use the native move and rotate tools to adjust the modular desk layout to fit your specific room dimensions. Apply high-resolution textures to the desk surfaces if custom finishes are required, and utilise the existing group structure to manage the chair and desk objects efficiently during the rendering process or when populating larger office floor plans.
